A new chapter at 60 Margaret Street has officially begun.
As part of the Precinct Development Upgrade, we’re pleased to announce the installation of the Potion MCH 125A tower crane; a key milestone marking the start of major vertical construction on site.

This next-generation luffing crane has been chosen not only for its suitability to dense CBD environments, but also for its advanced engineering. Featuring digital control systems and intelligent safety technology, it brings a high level of precision to complex lifts, helping to support efficient construction in a busy, constrained urban setting and delivers significantly quieter operation in respect of. neighbours and businesses within the heart of the city.

With the crane now in position, the project moves into its next exciting phase as the new precinct begins to rise above ground.
