We’re back for 2026

And just like that, the first official week back has already come to a close... 60 Margaret Street welcomes you back to a Happy New Year! Momentum is already building on site, with demolition works now well underway as we clear the path for the next major phase of the precinct upgrade.

2026 is shaping up to be pivotal, with a series of significant milestones ahead as the transformation continues to take form. Along the way, we’ll be sharing progress updates and select peeks, as the future of the development begins to emerge.
